Our planned services

Support for everyday living.

We’re developing a flexible domiciliary care service that respects the routines, preferences and independence of adults receiving support at home.

Preparing to serve our community

Addawe Care is preparing for CQC registration. We welcome general enquiries, but will not provide regulated personal care until registration has been approved.

Care centred on the individual

Everyday help,
thoughtfully planned.

These services describe our intended offering following registration. Any future support will depend on individual assessment, staffing and our approved scope of registration.

Personal care

Respectful support with everyday personal routines, including washing, dressing and toileting, always guided by individual preferences.

Personal care designed to protect privacy, dignity and independence.

Medication support

Assistance with medication routines where assessed, agreed and included in an individual care plan.

Medication assistance according to assessed needs, policies and staff competency.

Meals & nutrition

Practical help with preparing meals, drinks and maintaining enjoyable, familiar routines around food.

Supporting preferences, nutrition and hydration in everyday life.

Mobility & daily living

Support with movement, everyday tasks and staying as independent as possible in familiar surroundings.

Care planned around personal abilities, risk assessments and choice.

Companionship

Conversation, meaningful activities and emotional support to help people feel connected and listened to.

Taking time for the things that make each day more enjoyable.

Additional support needs

A personalised approach for adults with physical or sensory disabilities, dementia or mental health needs.

Individual assessment of whether we can safely meet each person’s needs.

Who we hope to support

Care that sees the whole person.

Our planned service is intended for adults aged 18 and over, including older people and people living with dementia, physical or sensory impairments, or mental health needs.

We would only agree to provide care when needs have been assessed and we are satisfied that our team can meet them safely and appropriately.
